3. How to Use
▲ Add to boiler supplementary water at a ratio of 200g of chemical per ton of water. Pay attention to sewage discharge during use, requiring drainage once an hour, 5~10 each time
If the boiler operates with scale in seconds, increase the amount of chemical, drain waste frequently, and after 10~20 days of operation, shut down the boiler. Manually clean off the fallen scale to prevent pipeline blockage, then return to normal operation;
▲ If possible, the measurable boiler water concentration factor should be controlled at around 10 times, and other parameters should be adjusted according to labor department regulations (such as furnace water pH 10~12, etc.);
▲ The chemical dispensing tank should be made of plastic, and cement water tanks should be treated for corrosion; otherwise, they are easily corroded by chemicals, increasing the hardness of the water;
▲ The total hardness of boiler make-up water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If the hardness is too high, lime methods or other methods can be used to reduce it; otherwise, boiler-specific solutions should be used

※   Store in a cool place. The storage period is twelve months.
5. Safety and protection
AG 990 is mildly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
